JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you an engaged mathematics teacher who wants to inspire adult students to reach their goals? With us, you will have the opportunity to teach Mathematics 2 and 3 in a dynamic environment where flexibility, quality, and relationship-building are at the center. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching according to the applicable curriculum and the school's goals.
• Creating a safe, motivating, and inclusive learning environment where students can develop both knowledge and skills.
• Designing lesson plans, assessing students' performances, and providing feedback that supports their learning.
• Participating in conferences, meetings, and development work at the school.
• Documenting students' knowledge development and attendance.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in work teams and subject teams to develop teaching and create a good working environment. QUALIFICATIONS

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has recently taught Mathematics 2 and 3 and has solid subject knowledge. You are flexible and able to adapt teaching to different needs, both in the classroom and remotely. Relationship-building comes naturally to you, and you create safety, structure, and a positive learning climate. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have good collaboration skills, while also being able to work independently and take responsibility for your assignment.

We have continuous intake, which means you need to be able to quickly adapt to new groups and create good learning environments from the start. Therefore, we see that you are flexible and confident in your role. You have a good ability to plan and prioritize and enjoy a varied job. We see that you are engaged, pedagogically creative, and have a genuine interest in supporting students' development and learning.

Requirements

• Teaching certification with qualifications in mathematics at the upper secondary level.
• Experience teaching Mathematics 2 and 3.
• Ability to create good relationships and a safe learning climate.

Meritorious

• Experience in adult education.
• Experience in distance teaching.
• Special educational competence in mathematics.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
